Hello again from rainy Cambridge!
Yesterday it was our second day in the library and, as you can imagine, students are improving their writing skills through their blogs and diaries. Besides, they started gathering information for the magazine! Apart from their daily work, this time they had a new task: choosing their favourite place in Cambridge and researching about it on the Internet.
After lunch, they had some free time, and we met at King's College's main façade, because Concha, our first tour guide, was going to tell us information about this college. Then, Carlos talked about Trinity College, and África described Queen's College. After that, we headed for the River Cam, and Alicia fully described the most interesting things about it. Then, Luis talked about Peter House and some specific information about this college. Later on, Helena talked about Emmanuel College and its gardens. Finally, we visited the Grand Arcade, and Laura explained to us some interesting facts about it! It was a nice tour, guided by our students! Well done!!!
After the tour, we did some shopping for dinner and we went home. The cooking team prepared stuffed eggs and some fish. For dessert everyone tried Apple Crumble with vanilla yoghourt, a traditional dessert in the United Kingdom. It was very nice, wasn't it?

Then, the washing team did their work and after that, everyone was ready for the theme night: "Cinema"!. Students' task is to create a touristic film with the videos we recorded during the afternoon. The funny thing is that they also have to find some bloopers!!! :)
See you tomorrow!
